What's the difference between Free and Pro?

Free covers 3 projects, 3 clients, 5 checklist steps per project, 5 custom types per category, 5 services per client, and 10 vault items — with unlimited work logs, tasks, and team members. Pro removes every one of those limits and adds email alerts for expiring client services and overdue payments.

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Yes — upgrade to Pro anytime from Settings → Billing. If you cancel, you keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period, then your workspace reverts to Free.

Will there always be a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan isn't a trial — it stays free for as long as you use Shipmark within its limits.
